How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary depending on the selected delivery option, delivery address, and number of items ordered. It will be included in your total amount before you check out.

How can I pay for my order?

You can settle your payments through Gcash, PayMaya, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

What’s your cut-off time for payments?

Payments must be made within 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation email. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Once you have made your payment, please senda clear photo of your deposit slip or screenshot of the payment confirmation to orders@avonshop.ph with "Payment - Order number"(example: Payment - #24749) as the email subject. 

It can take up to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to validate your payment, but rest assured that your order will be marked paid once confirmed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes around 2-3 working days (M,T,W,TH,F) for orders within Metro Manila, 5-10 working days for Luzon, and 10-15 working days for Visayas and Mindanao orders. For non-COD transactions, the delivery countdown officially begins once you’ve received our email to confirm your payment.

Weekend and holiday orders will be processed for delivery on a weekday.

We’re committed to delivering your order on time, incase of traffic, bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstances we may encounter some delays.Traffic, bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstances may also cause the delay.

How can I track my order?

Upon placing of order, an order confirmation is sent through email. You may also get updates through SMS by placing your contact number when you arrive at the confirmation page.

Once the item has been shipped, you may expect a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number stated therein.

What is your return policy?

You can return the unused packed product with the original invoice within 7 days after delivery for the following reasons:
1. Defective Item
2. Received the Wrong Item in Order

Returns shall not be entertained for any other reasons apart from the ones listed above above due to strict hygienic standards and factors potentially affecting the product’s quality.

Any return requests after 7 days will not be accommodated as the products could have been exposed to factors beyond our control.

Please send the following details to our customer care center via Contact Us Form with “Refund - Order Number” as an email subject:
• Full Name
• Order Number
• Item to be returned / replaced
• Reason for return / replacement
• Photo/s of defective item

We will respond to your email within 2 working days.

Please ensure that all items for return are unused, complete and checked by the courier, and packed in the box / pouch with the original invoice copy.

Will I get my money back when I request for a refund?

Refunds will be given in a form of a gift card to the customers. This will only be processed when we have received and checked the item.

The company reserves the right to amend its Return, Replacement and Refund Policy without prior notice.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PROGRAM

PROGRAM MECHANICS:

1. Customers can return the Avon Anew Renewal Serum, Anew Luminosity Day Cream 50g, Anew Luminosity Night Cream 50g, Anew Reversalist Day Cream 50g, and Anew Reversalist Night Cream 50g product if they are not satisfied with the product benefits and results.
2. Customers can return the product 15 days from the date of delivery.
3. In case of a free item with every purchase of the product, each customer must return any free item (if skin care product, must contain 50% content)
4. Return is valid only if Terms and Conditions are met.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Contents of the Product must be at least 50%. No empty bottles will be accepted. Our chat support will communicate with you directly to process your Change of Mind refund request, provided that you will be able to meet the product return requirement proof of evidence. 
2. For a refund claim to be valid, customers should take a picture and video of the Avon Anew Renewal Serum, Anew Luminosity Day Cream 50g, Anew Luminosity Night Cream 50g, Anew Reversalist Day Cream 50g, and Anew Reversalist Night Cream 50g beside a ruler, visible that it is at least 50% content. More than 50% is okay, but less is not.
3. Customers should also take a picture and video should there be any free item with the product with visible content inside the packaging. (if skin care product, must also contain 50%)
4. All transport fees related to the product return will be care of the customer.
5. If customer does not want to shoulder the shipping cost going to seller, the photo and video of evidence would suffice.
